Maybe the police could help by, i don't know, having police patrol the roads actually ticketing jitney's, taxi's and cars that driving so recklessly? I see about 10 incidents every day and there is NEVER a police car around.
Once I was actually lucky enough to get caught in a police road block immediately after a car severely cut me off and with no brake lights. I told the policeman on the motorbike what happened and he actually cussed me out and told me to keep moving. Oh well. We live in hell.

First, the police and feds will have to ask an Albany member to call the gate so that they can get in. Then they are going to have to get an extradition notice approved by Albany and then the Government of The Bahamas can take custody and then contemplate extradition.

Sure he can. He has no money so there is nothing that can be stolen from him. And if someone happened to steal his only asset (smart phone) then he would be okay with that because the thief would undoubtedly be a fellow PLP waiting in line for the latest hand out.
