How on earth do we have boarders taking up critical bed space? As soon as these people are no longer ill they should immediately be discharged to nursing home or other facility (Sandilands) and any expense should certainly be paid by family at the end of the day. But to have 40 beds taken up by people who are no longer in need of care is insane!
The effective tax rate in the U.S. and Europe is cheaper than here! AND they get proper services and roads. It is very difficult for me to justify to my kids why we still live here.
