Thankfully the survivors smartened up and voted in people who have finally erected a fence (not a strong one mind you) to try and protect the country from the PLP. Unfortunately the fence is only temporary and the PLP are sure to remove it if they ever get back into power.
If the government has to take responsibility to rebuild the airport wouldn't it be better to rebuild the airport outside of Freeport proper in order to avoid these scoundrels all together? I say screw them hard if they are not willing to live up to their civic duty to rebuild the airport. Somehow put an airport fee in place for any goods/packages/people etc landing in our new airport and intended to go into Freeport. These families and Hutchinson are a complete disgrace.
All of the above is based on there being another job for these people to do. Unfortunately there are no other jobs for anybody. The ONLY thing for these people to do is to start some sort of small business and hope to earn enough to feed themselves.
