If the strike vote is legal then the laws have to change in order to mandate that a clear majority of members need to actually vote in favor of a strike, instead of a majority of those that actually vote. It's too easy for unions to manipulate a vote in its current form.
Agreed. The queen's staircase would only be special if it was clean and had a few cafe's and some local musicians playing. Without that it is just stairs.
