Not a good idea in the sense that they will most likely do such a great job that many tourists wouldn't wander outside of the Wharf to shop or look around.

Our Ministry of Tourism just needs to imagine what wonderful things this group would put at the Wharf and how they would manage it (in terms of concessions from shops etc. like Marina Village, Baha Mar shops) and do the same. Let us be creative while also being strict in terms of quality, service and cleanliness.
