My card is set to a maximum daily withdrawal of $1,000 so if I need between $1,000 and $1,500 I guess I will have to either do it over 2 days or change the limit on my card. Maybe I'll just withdraw $1,500 from the teller and then ask the teller to deposit the balance I didn't need.
Our AG must resign over this mess as one would assume that he green-lighted the move on shanty towns based on law. If he didn't or can't interpret the government's rights properly then 'he gots to go'!
Correct! Just bulldoze the friggin illegal homes and then let them sue the government. It will be years before it ever goes to court and by that time the claimants will have smuggled their way into the U.S. and will never return for the hearing. People seem to think that the Hatian's currently here have been here for 10, 20, 30 years. They haven't. They only come for a few years build their boxes and then sell it to the next guy once they save up for their smugglers fee. They leave any papers behind as part of the deal and the next guy takes over his identity and history.
I feel like a real ass! All the time I wasted saving up to buy land when I could've just picked an unoccupied plot of government land and built a house with no plans or approvals and no electricity bills or property tax. I could've had over $100k sitting in my account right now.
hold on a minute! You trying to put doctors out of work hey? Boy check ya-self! Car accidents are big business in The Bahamas! Doctors, claims agents, tow trucks, bush mechanics, ambulances. All these people will be affected by your rhetoric.
And its a career path for at least one of my kids who already knows how to water the grass. With a little training she can learn how to water truck wheels!
Well I did notice another Bahamian guy at the construction gate (the guy with the hose who sprays water on the wheels of the heavy equipment leaving the site). So that right there is a 100% increase.
This mail thing is a HUGE embarrassment. I have to tell our overseas clients NOT to send anything by mail because we probably won't get it. They look at me in wonderment and I know what they are thinking... "should I be doing business with these jokers?". Well soon we probably won't be doing business with overseas client - by mail at least. I acknowledge that 'mail' is a now ancient form of communication but it is still a necessity. get this fixed!!!!
