All they had to do is enter into a rental contract with Miller and Miller either collects rent or collects more from a lawsuit; even if the contract was reneged on by his own party. So, they are expecting to get rid of 80-120 people (let's say 100) and to pay out between $1 and 2 million (let's say $1.5 million). That's $15,000 per person. Me thinks there won't be many people breaking down any doors for that.
Surely one must have a government issued license to operate a tour company? It can't be as simple as buying a boat, buying some sort of insurance (maybe just regular boat insurance), paying the annual boat license fee (maybe $100) and advertising? Tell me this isn't so!!!
As a doctor they are providing the most valuable service to the community, and the country at large, by treating/saving the ill. To go from that to a politician is a HUGE step down. There is no higher service to mankind than being a doctor.
