No more taxes until we can get systems and people in place so that we are confident our tax dollars are not being stolen! I am a strong believer that if we get rid of the crooks and the wastage we will run a budget surplus every year based on the revenue we receive now, and there won't be a need for additional taxes.

Who is this Environment Minister Romauld Ferreira you talk about? Is he the invisible man who is deaf and unable to speak? As far as I am concerned we do not have an environment minister.

I don't think these smaller amounts should be mentioned in the house. There obviously needs to be procedural changes made but I for one aren't too worried about the $624.95 spent to set up accounting software. I would probable pay that for someone to come to my house to set it up in my house.

Doesn't look like they were in a rush to put out the fire! The men with the hose were ready and you would have thought that the time it took them to get the house out and in place was enough time to get the foam pump revved up and ready to go. One would think that the procedure would be to turn the pump on *while en route* to the fire so that sufficient pressure would have built up by the time you get there. It doesn't look good from the video.

I don't mind people living and building on these islands but it must be understood that they are self sufficient. Like the people who build on Rose Island - they are responsible for their own transportation, electricity generation, water and building - you don't hear of these people asking for hand outs.
If ferry boats want to go to Ragged Island on a regular basis then great - that's a decision for the ferry boat owners. There is no need for government to have an airport there or a power station.

How come none of our drains actually drain? We are third world! Only once in the last 15 years have I EVER seen anyone do maintenance on a drain. ONCE!!! But I bet you we have and are still paying someone hundreds of thousands a year to maintain them.

Ms. Munroe needs to be charged in this. How could she possible think that everyone will get paid when everyone is promised so much more than they are putting in? If everyone puts in $$200 what is her amazing plan to payback everyone $1,050. I need to see her business model.

I have no sympathy for these people who think that people will just give them money for nothin'. Do any of them have the sense to even think about HOW or WHY an establishment can or would be able to quadruple your money in 14 business days, potentially over and over again for months and years? just plain stupid!!
