Someone please explain what a gratuity is as it relates to a full time job. Historically gratuity is a tip. Do office workers expect to get tips and a christmas bonus?
Do we have an independent Department of Justice, or similar, that would/should be investigating and prosecuting these 300 instances of crime perpetrated by the Ministry of Finance? Government is not allowed to hand out verbal contracts for unknown amounts for unknown work. It is simply illegal to do so and it has been admitted that its was done. Is the AG's office, and the appointed AG, the only entity allowed to prosecute these types of matters?
First of all I am 100% against the antiquated law that protects men who rape their wives. The law is beyond idiotic and the men that do it deserve to be boiled alive in tar. However, according to the last sentence of the second paragraph I find it very difficult to believe that married woman are more likely to be a victim on non-consensual sex than single woman UNLESS the study was not clear when specifying who married women had non-consensual sex with. Reading other articles it doesn't seem clear that married women were pointedly asked whether the abuser was their husband or a "partner". I would think that single women hooking up with random men would be much more likely to have non-consensual sex.
Dear RCI. We are asking you to release the EMP because we have no faith in and do not trust our government to do so. We stink of corruption from the very top (most recent example - no contract, no insurance the roof didn't collapse scandal) and are hoping that you, as a good corporate citizen, will do the right thing and inform the public yourselves. If you don't release it I will consider yourselves to be hiding some serious environmental issues. I will also assume that government has specifically requested you not to release it because it can not pass muster and is extremely flawed.
It is not clear from this whether or not the woman who experienced non-consensual sex, if they experienced it with their husband or with another man. I would really like to see how the questions were worded.
I can safely say that the real percentage of woman who KNOW their husbands don't cheat is 0%. Now I can accept that 46.7% of woman believe that their husbands aren't cheating, but nobody knows for sure unless they keep their husband locked up in the cellar.
Before any brain dead supporters comment on this, just try to think about what your comments would be if this happened under the other party. If this is fine and dandy then keep your mouth shut when future governments dish out hundreds of verbal contracts to whoever and for whatever unknown amount.
