Now when he says it costs $550k a month is that how much the Government pays their cronies or or is the cost $10k but the contract is $550k?
For $550k I would assume that there are 50 workers out there everyday with about 3 bull dozers are each site, all running 8 hours a day.

It is clear by administration after administration, board after board, managers after managers that we simply cannot make BPL efficient or dependable.
Why don't we hire a company with real knowledge and experience to come in. Why must we always hire questionable people and companies to provide advice and "solutions'.
