there is nothing unreasonable about expecting people to pay their bills. these corporations have their own lawyers and access to advice from the AG's office i assume.. bottom line, if you dont pay, legal action should follow. see we all will pay one way or another coz when people dont pay and WSC can't get enough revenue, they go to gov't cap in hand and beg for whatever shortfall they have.. gov't provides the money, the national debt goes up and then we wait for new taxes to cover this mess...
don't know the point of this press release, but as i decode it, seems the message is don't expect any change and thats no surprise since its been like that since 1973!
the anglo-saxon american is also an immigrant, but they seem to conveniently ignore that point. the true americans, live on the reservation. everyone else should sit small and keep quiet regarding who should or should not be in America. in any event, the age of Trump is upon the world for better or worse and there is no amount of statements, protests, etc., that can do anything about it.. mexicans, blacks, palestinians, North Korea, no climate change, etc., the list just keeps getting longer.. the doomsday clock must be awfully damned close to midnight these days..
you have to wonder how long these silly politicians are going to leave this farce in the labour law called a sickout.. its nothing more than a deliberate withdrawal of labour and should,be treated no different to submission of one's resignation...we all know, on a balance of probability, all staff cannot be sick the same day... its statistically impossible i would suggest..
cruise lines and airlines do this sort of thing all the time.. its 2018, they know every word you post, every text, where you spend your money, where OBL was hiding in Pakistan, etc. bottom line is anybody watching the evening news knows exactly what the weather conditions will be tomorrow, judge the cruise lines and airlines who employ professional meteorologists just for this purpose.. someone needs to test the legal waters with a negligent operation lawsuit... people pay to get from A to B, not to have the living s*#t scared out of them...
all kind of problems to be addressed including driving on the wrong side of the road, most vehicles having the steering wheel on the left side.. many easily solved matters, but we are a country crippled by inertia born out of a public service culture and political system characterised by massive bureaucracy. .
this is a private company that has some disgruntled shareholders due to decisions arising in the normal course of business as a private company.. we have civil law and companies are formed in accordance with laws.. this is not a matter for gov't involvement.. take the gripe to court and let the judges rule..
what they need to do is 'tighten up' and fix this rubbish system that allows the parasite lawyers and real estate agents to collect fees by percentage instead of fixed rates.. there is no difference in selling a house for $500k versus one for $700k so why should they collect more using the percentage system? imagine how much more activity would take place in a,fixed fee system.. its all BS and discourages a system of buyers and sellers.. nobody is motivated to buy, fix and resell all the rundown, shabby buildings because you can't make anything on a resale...
