i agree that the % system is BS. there should be flat fees for these transactions. realtors in this country do nothing to earn those obscene commissions in many cases...

i have referred before to the failed trio of BEC, Bahamasair and W&SC. i dont know how i overlooked PMH... everything govt is associated with or owns is a collosal failure. PMH sounds like what we see on the news in Aleppo Syria... my God!
we can assume that the one third would be mostly the slackers and they knew it.. why? given the current employment environment, only a fool would not apply for a job if he/she knew they stood a good chance to get it...
I guess they finally got a version they liked which will say all kinds of great things this achieved apart from raising the dead... more government BS..
