I challenge Dr. Minnis to come out and say that if elected they will pass a new Freedom of Information Act (that has teeth) and sign it into law (enact it with regulations and the PMs signature) so that it is actual operable law within 30 days of assuming office or else he will ring the bell for a new election.

Note there is a current law passed in the House by the FNM that Ingraham never actually signed into effect. So we don't want that game again.

Mr. Minnis should be aware that he CANNOT create this kind of fund. The Constitution requires that all monies received into Govt go into the general fund.

Of course - that is a design ripe for corruption and should be changed - but it requires a Constitutional amendment to do so.

Also - everybody - ask yourself when was the last time you saw an account statement for that general fund that all your taxes and fees go into?

Then you have the CHURCH saying have more children, and they control the hospitals via the Christian council and tell mothers that they cannot have their tubes tied because they are too you or because they are not married. Then if they get married the hospital tells them that they need permission from their husband.

This man cannot be living in the same country I am living in - and yet he claims to be our Prime Minister. He is NOT our prime minister because he doesn't live in the Bahamas - he lives on a cloud.

Truly beyond disgusting that he would not attempt to saddle us with another 5 years of suffering. But even sadder are all the idiots that will actually vote for him again.

Perhaps you are actually doing something - and for that reason I remarked (like we did in the CDR) that you should use ZNS tv and the Parl channel to your advantage to keep the people informed of all the wonderful (if any) things you are doing.

People can see the country is going to hell in a hand-basket and they simply suspect that all of yall have your accounts set up in Caymans and Swiss and you therefore don't have to care.

But you SHOULD care as a Bahamian and try to help others. I know you do on the side to some extent (with ... well let me not say) but I know you do good things - just that more needs to be done.
