I hope they realize RV's have potable water tanks and waste tanks that need to be pumped out..........RV plumbing and electrical systems need to be learned to utilize and care for. and the domes need water and sewer hook up.......or are we doing french style open culverts.....

Funny how people believe that if the port authority Principals go away the H.C.A. goes away also. Not true.
There is a clause within the H.C.A. that allows for a Condo association type structure going forward. Benefits under the H.C.A. are derived from a Statute law. A Commonwealth of the Bahamas Statute law.
I understand the WHO has declared the building unsuitable and unrepairable to be used as a hospital. $19mil ain't gonna cut it. I also understand Samaritans Purse committed to a year on the ground. 90Days? Grand Bahama is screwed then. As always.
The Bahamas Government needs to re-evaluate their whole approach to Foreign direct investment. For too long bottom feeders can swing in and trade baubles and beads with the natives. They need serious forward looking diversified investments. The type that don't walk up looking for bargain basement. The type you have to go find. They don't know where to look.
I'd really like to know how well it has been maintained and if all fully functional. Is that the whole lot that has been sent? or just the working parts?
