I would like to see real demographics from that convention, the average age was probably 70, and it would be easy to envision the attendees being die hard sink or drown PLP supporters or contract beneficiaries. That the whole field was tilted in Christies direction was no surprise, that the die hards ate it up is a sad indictment and depressing. It really says nothing about the upcoming election, except that if the internal skullduggery at convention is an indicator, the General Election will be dirtier than ever.
Not a disaster, Grid tied and hybrid systems just won't work as they should or do in the rest of the world. Your reason is correct. The Grid is garbage.
True enough, but truly we have degenerated into a "every man for himself" society, starting at the top, which has inevitably trickled down into every facet of society.
Half the problem is the constantly moving "internal goal posts" Increased regulations and compliances etc. While the internal "shifting sands" are in part intended to corral the Bahamas up to international standards it is being implemented with antiquated tools and personnel, still stuck in "who you know/who you pay off/arbitrary denial of service. To the point above, We have been borrowing money from the IMF for 50 years (and God knows who else), and are still having this discussion of the World looking at us with a Jaundiced eye? We are in full scale liver damage!
So, as a freshly minted Political candidate, he has "seen the light?" I do not disagree with him, but the Brink has long gone, we are now in mainstream daily occurrence territory!
Based on 2.2 to 2.3 visits per year it may be, when people have to pay for it, but once free, that visit count will sky rocket, with no further renumeration for the Doctors! As to the avoidable Mortality of 700 deaths, how many of those is the Government currently responsible for, via underfunded Hospitals/clinics, incompetence across the public healthcare system? Interesting we are still having this pushed down out throats when the U.S> is about to terminate their failed experiment in "free healthcare"
Absolute bunch of garbage, the lot of them. Apparently easier to water down ones substance than elevate it. Give this man a club, seems to be his approach to the fairer sex.
