Clothes or lack thereof are not a required ingredient for unethical behaviour. On the other hand, acceptance of gifts of high value, like a Rolex watch for example, very often is. This is why companies frequently put in black and white strict policies around acceptance of gifts limiting the value of such gifts to amounts under say 100 dollars. Acceptance of a gift valued at 5000-10000 dollars would never be ethically approved.

These men and women need year round training on ethical standards with real life example of why something like accepting a watch from someone who's submitting a residency application to you is unethical.
