It was HIGHLY unusual what happened here and VERY suspect that after days of communication nobody, inclusive of the highest legal officer in the land, told Sam he couldnt do what he said he'd do
Unfortunately in business its typically the people who dont need the money who get paid first because they're the ones who invested the most and bought **share rights** that say they get paid first.
I hope this isnt just a transfer of contract money to a PLP supporter, then when the FNM gets in power they point out how ineffective this was and they back to wartsila

That's the clearest message you can send to everyone including violators. And nobody wants ridiculous draconian crackdowns, we want measures that effectively cut out foolishness, no body slamming people to the ground
Oh please. Words are useless. Every day we see countless violations being ignored by police and drivers and pedestrians getting more and more daring with the reckless moves they make. You could stop all this tomorrow if you wanted to.
