I see a number businesses around the place promoting that theyre cashless!!. And I wonder what country they live in and who theyre marketing to. You cannot organize your business based on what people in Singapore are doing. You have to do market research to determine the willingness of the people where you are to do the thing that youre thinking of doing. Whats makes this even more egregious is this is the exact opposite of how innovation happens. People are complaining about your digital solutions rather than saying I never knew I needed this or I couldnt wait for this get here. Saying we need an increase in productivity is easy. This govt is extremely good at saying. What does it mean? I know one thing if everybody giving contracts to their unqualified friends, taking 5000 for every house built, unfairly influencing awarding of contracts and giving their sweet heart high paying jobs, the "doing" is all anti- productivity.
