I'm baffled. While I believe there are weather events Ive never seen before, exactly what new happened on Monday that hasn't happened for decades? It rained and the streets flooded. I have a vivid, absolutely vivid memory of my grandparents sending someone to pick up my siblings and I up from kidnergarten, kidnergarten, because the way home was flooded. We had to be lifted over the school wall to avoid the heavily flooded streets.
I've also noted for the past several years our "rainy season" has been virtually non existent.
What concerns me here is when retailers jump on a story as justification to increase prices. Cars been stalling in flooded streets for decades.
Thank you India. For Gods sake please keep tight control over the contractor selection process . Because I guarantee you someone is putting in for a business license so they can get a no bid contract then subcontract to the cheapest unskilled contractor around and pocket the majority of the funds
didnt they just make a statement last week thst Capacity had nothing to do with COVID? I wish somebody would break away and starting doing things strategically as opposed to this tourism led nonsense
Y'all make sure Jazz have a good pension fund for the shine he gives the Bahamas. He's alot of excitement but excitement brings high risk of injury and when athletes not in the spotlight Bahamians is forget.

Kay Forbes Smith and Iram Lewis have alot to answer for... add in all 35 FNM MPs. All of them banged on the desk at the wonderful job being done, not one person objected to these domes being constructed on plywood. I do recall commenters here pointing to potential problems, so the information was available somewhere in the ministry of works. where's the company who sold us this garbage? I still have my doubts on whether these structures were designed for tropical climates, the mold issues would suggest otherwise. The Poles north and south also have severe wind storms.
Not sure that we can point fingers here. We've got more than enough violence in the workplace to show, noone's been killed yet. But this was an interesting headline on msnbc
"*Toddler fatally shot in Pittsburgh drive-by was not intended target, police say*"
