I understand Wayne Munroe's concern. The system we have for law and order says a convicted person is punished by sentencing then to a term in prison or a monetary fine. If the individual serves their time it is not fair for them to be punished again and again. Yes I know some crimes are egregious, then change the law so the punishment fits the crime. Society cant turn into a group of vigilantes and dole out punishment ad infinitum, that does noone good, least of all the vigilante
