Every time I hear the opposition mention about Frankl Smith case I see O.J Simpson case... he won it, well the criminal part. He was successful in killing 2 people and was found innocent...Frank Smith was found innocent... But we all know that O.J was guilty as hell... winning a case only shows bad representation of evidence. Fred them did nothing for Freeport, that is why they on the outside looking in. I don't care about no plans. Those plans were just that, plans. As for the FNM wrecking GB economy, I think he forgot it was under them the hotel close. I agree they started the sea wall, but that was a disaster and Mr. Smith got fired. Waugh Construction had to complete that. I visit Taino beach almost weekly...its finish now. As for the boycott from parliament not sure what point they were trying to prove, as I said on here before, the numbers suggest 34 to 4. Their constituents are the ones they boycotting, they are not missed in the H.O.A. I strongly feel that the PLP is more afraid when they see things happening for this island, its a simple case of jealousy, I feel like they will not get a seat here in the next one again... well maybe McAlpine seat. Bahamians ain fool like back in the 70's and 80's.
Stay or leave... that is the question, he don't want to leave, but he keep chopping his neck off. Send him to Brave them or DNA, that should solve his problem.
They should cut all of their pay... that is stupid. They already in the minority,so them not showing up wouldn't' change a thing. Its is obvious they support Frank and Michelle, but these people are accused of corruption, so I guess they support corruption. I care less of Frank won his case It was a technicality, not that he didn't do it. And Michelle and her husband I know personally, I know what she had then and what she has now...
The fine is small, but even though the dog was tied, he was still unmuzzled, that would play a major role in the outcome, because he may still get loose aahahah, I agree it kinda funny that fine, better to work with the 20 days ahaha
The law clears everything up, its good to know it.
Ch. 84-Penal Code 161. A magistrate may take cognisance of a complaint that a dog is dangerous, and not kept under proper control, and if it appears to the magistrate that such dog is dangerous he may make an order directing the dog to be kept by the owner under proper control or destroyed, and any person failing to comply with such order shall be liable to a fine of five dollars for every day during which he fails to comply with such order.
162. (1) Any peace officer may take possession of any dog that he has reason to suppose to be dangerous or savage straying on any highway, and not under the control of any person, and may detain such dog until the owner has claimed the same, and paid all expenses incurred by reason of such detention.
(4) Any peace officer may destroy on sight, or may cause to be so destroyed, any dog which he finds injuring any other animal or worrying sheep, goats or poultry.
163. Whoever suffers to be at large any unmuzzled ferocious dog, or sets on or urges any dog or other animal to attack, worry or put in fear any person or animal shall be liable to a fine of one hundred dollars or to imprisonment for twenty days.
