Agreed Bogart, its clear that some of these post on here wanted to see this project fail. The news with Bradley Roberts and Braved those made me smile.Ill bet if they was trying to get the Grand Bahamians to work with this same company they wouldn't make those remarks. Frankly I'm excited, they trying, After seeing that long line with person trying to get work I'm grateful as a Grand Bahamian. Let them laugh and make noise on here, its a huge project, if it works many will benefit, that's what its all about right?
There is no place for pride when there is bills to be paid, if they had had that job fair in hell and persons need and wanted a job they would stand and wait. That's how it works. I see the MP complains a lot about situations. I sent several people there. They just want something to do. Then there is that Brave fella, as always he sees things in red and gold!
heck , why do people go into business relying on handouts from a government. That is weird. I wouldn't trust the government with nothing, just too lil bit a money to go around, get ya own tings dem. I saw that news clipping with the minister and the demands that the farmer has, sounds almost like those taxi drivers. Wish them all God's speed. Free leased land.. all the Gov't has to do now is plan the seedlings, then the farmers straight
Sometimes I get a kick out reading some of these comments, we sit back and make smart remarks. I just wonderin' how many of you go out there and wear the uniform to fight crime. You say you not interested, well you can assist in setting up a crime watch or something. But we do what Bahamians love to do, talk and criticize. When crime up we complain, when murders up we complain, when the police shoot them we complain, when the police don't shoot them we say they shudda shoot 'em. Chances are none of you was on that crime scene but we here commenting, maybe its time to stop complaining and try help...maybe. I don't stay in Nassau, we have the same problem here in Grand Bahama, everyone has firearms.. so stop runnin ya mouth if you not prepared to do sometin.
The PLP didn't care for Sarkis the original owner, let's we forget, they pull his hotel from under him. As for the PM, he was wise not to get involved to try and unfix that mess like he said on the campaign trail.

This is why I don't get caught up in politics, I like it, I see they move on beyond politics, in fact it was a political act for their followers.
