I do blame the govt. I cannot understand why all these other people had no problem getting a visa.

Many people told her not to do this. Family, freinds, me, everyone begged her to turn around. But she did not listen. She had her mind made up. Was I supposed to force her against her will to go back home to Peru? Nobody can control another person.
