It's coming and our pandemic preparedness is even worse than our hurricane preparedness. And we all know the U.S. will impose travel restrictions to and from the Bahamas in the event of an uncontrolled wide spread out break in our country. Yep, nothwithstanding the cold, a large ranch style log cabin on hundreds of acres of land in Montana is the safe place to be for the next several months.
One thing is for sure assuming you're a 'true' Bahamian: As a sympathizer of illegal Haitian aliens you're going to get everything you deserve in life, including a squalid existence as a second class citizen in your own country.
> Minnis said: "I find it difficult that my nationals cannot obtain the knowledge to take over the job. Since I know that nationals can, and do, have the knowledge to take over the job, the fault must be with the trainer."
Meanwhile the so called 'expat trainers' are laughing behind Minnis's back because it's well known our country has a serious brain-drain whereby the best and brightest Bahamians do not return to the Bahamas after graduating from first class universities abroad. And everyone knows Minnis has done nothing to improve our very dysfunctional public education system that produces for the most part essentially illerate D- educated Bahamians who are only good for the most menial low paying jobs in the private sector. This is a truly sad state of affairs that our corrupt Minnis-led FNM government clearly has no intention of addressing in any meaningful way. After all, our corrupt politicians know that dumbed-down Bahamian voters can be much more easily manipulated and trampled on.
Read the article. Do you really think a strike force formed by our minister of immigration (Elsworth Johnson), who is a well known illegal Haitian alien sympathizer, will aggressively round up and expeditiously deport the huge force of invaders squeezing the life out of us? Come on man, give us 'true' Bahamians a break before it's much too late!
It's abundantly clear the corrupt Minnis-led FNM government is now only looking after the interests of foreigners and the international organizations that represent the interests of other countries, while having abandoned attending to the real interests of the Bahamian people. We should not have sent Carl Bethel to Paris on our dime to frolic with the elitist thinking global bureaucrats at the FATF.
Sounds like you're saying only another country with more white people than black people will ever be able to run our country properly. Is that really your answer to our many problems?
> “We’ve heard of and we recognise that there’s (been) an increase in armed robbery, even in my own constituency in the Westridge area and other areas in the Killarney constituency, our residents have been complaining,” Minnis had said earlier.
In recent years many opportunistic Bahamians have been getting into the very lucrative business of providing security guard services for wealthier neighbourhoods. But more often than not the low-cost security guards hired by these businesses are not properly vetted and are in fact the ones staking out and studying the habits of the residents so they can then pass the information learned along to their accomplices who then break into the homes to steal whatever they can. The best deterrent for those afraid of a home invasion while they are at home, especially at night, will always be a loaded 12 gauge shotgun kept where one can quickly get to it. But you can't be gun shy and must know how and not be afraid to use it. And it's a well known fact that costly gated communities do little to prevent home invasions at night when one is more likely to be home.

You mean his arrogance and outright nastiness. Minnis has all of Trump's weaknesses (and then some!) and not one of Trump's strengths.
