Sounds eerily familiar to what I've been saying for quite sometime now. As President Trump succintly put it: "The cure should not be allowed to become worse than the problem itself."
It seems people are only being tested if they present themselves to healthcare providers with symptoms or have had close contact with an individual who has tested positive for the Red China Virus. Bahamas simply does not have a supply of the test kits and other resources necessary to conduct random testing of wide swaths of the population.
A gesture in the right direction by the foreign owner(s) of Atlantis after considerable nudging and a stern reminder of all the very generous concessions they enjoy.
Minnis should never have appointed Desmond Bannister minister of works or given him any portfolio as a cabinet minister for that matter. And the people who voted for Bannister in May 2017 should be most ashamed of themselves for having subjected our nation (all of us) to his many serious shortcomings.
Setting the stage of fear for his national address tonight. Did his grandson get the better of him while they were one-on-one shooting hoops yesterday?
They may have 60 respirators total, but keep in mind that these are not ventilators. The manual respirators are not the ventilator machines that facilitate breathing when severe pneumonia sets in on the lower respiratory system.
The original source for your scientific advice is very likely misinformation deliberately spread by the ruthless Xi Jinping led communist regime. Red China is flooding the internet based media with loads and loads of misinformation in the hope of portraying themselves as having the best solution for limiting the number of horrific deaths around the world caused by their very own pathogen - the Red China Virus!
Billionaires and the businesses and foundations they own have been controlling the legislative agendi and governments of the more developed countries around the world for decades now. This has led to the destruction of democracy by the super wealthy and in the process has effectively destroyed capitalism as it was originally intended to work. Two things need to happen to correct the current situation: (1) Big money has to be taken out of political system, and (2) a large portion of the massive amount of wealth accumulated by the very few must be returned to reformed democratically elected governments that put all of their citizens on an equal opportunity footing. These two things will also help restore the financial well-being of nations that have been raped, pillaged and plundered by the wealthy ruling class who have used their great wealth to corrupt democracy and in turn capitalism for their own benefit, mainly by taking away the equal opportunity rights of all others. In other words, the playing field needs to be leveled and kept level for all in nations that properly respect both democracy and capitalism as a way of life and means of truly achieving equal opportunity for all.
Does that mean we should kiss whomever we need to get that which we paid for (contributed to) and are supposedly entitled to get back someday? Is that how it now works?
