Owning a home is a liability not an asset. A liability is anything that takes money out of your pocket i.e. mortgage payments, insurance, utilities, maintenance etc. The word “mortgage” comes from the French word “mort-gage”, literally meaning a death-pledge. The term "mort" means death and "gage" means pledge. The French peasants were working until they died for the privilege of owning a house. Same Game! Same People! Different Time- a mortgage is payment until death.
There is nothing wrong with owning a home only if it is an asset i.e. you are renting it out or you have additional investments on the side that will cover the expenses of an house.
The secret to real estate is never take ownership of anything unless it's rented ,leased or sold.

How about the title be rephrased-"The dangers of Fred Smith- The illegal Hatian advocate". Fred Smith prefers criticizing the current immigration policies,but refuse to provide suggestions of reducing illegal hatian immigrants.
If he was in the United States arguing his claims like Univision's anchor Jorge Ramos they would laugh in his face. Every country is reaching its breaking point and he needs to realize that.
Perry Christie dodges everything of great concern and is just holding on so he can retire. Myles Munroe suggested that when a poor person enters the government their pockets become their concern not the country itself. When a wealthy or well-off person is in control their decisions are in the best interest of the country.
Our Prime minister is weak and spineless! My seven year old nephew has more character and integrity than Perry Christie.Perry will never resign and he will never fire the Attorney General.
