I saw the story on the news in Atlanta. They are not saying much. Just that it is under investigation. I know there are regulations, but are they enforced. Kind of scary for millions of tourist's yearly.
I thought that when I saw that most of the Cruise ships don't stop there anymore. It eliminates the islanders from selling their souvenirs and what about the income from the excursions chosen by the guests. Taxi and bus drivers, restaurants, tshirts, if there are no guests there is no income.
Pulling so many cruises from their weekly stops in Freeport is another big blow to the island. I wonder who made that decision. Is there a underlying agenda that we don't see. Grand Bahama is a beautiful island. I'm truly concerned for the well being of the Bahamian's trying to raise their families there.
At one time the US was talking about putting a device under our skin, like you tag a dog. Obviously it met opposition. These guys in high political positions just want power. All of which is predicted in the last days. It's scary everything in which we might have to live through.

I think the plan is without Bahamian's. I think they are running the Bahamians out.
