There is so much bad karma in these business deals, they are sentenced to failure. I truly believe you get what you deserve. These businesses should be thriving and at the top of their game, and I keep reading more and more scandal. One day this week the Ellen show gave her whole audience 5 nights at BahaMar, these are people with a reasonable amount of money. What a chance for advertising. If all of these people came and returned and told their friends about what fun. Well it wouldn't take long, but what I hear is they come and wouldn't come back. Why? It's a wonderful place, behind the bull.
He's now issued a apology. A apology really means that he's sorry he said it out loud, but you know how he feels. Honestly ladies we know there's some truth to it. You dress and act like a lady and your usually treated like one. Look like you want it and that's what you get. Although know one has the right to take it. Also I'll add young women don't realize what they are projecting yet. Just like they think a man wanting to be with them means that he loves her. Women are mental and men are physical. Self respect needs to be taught to these young girls and maybe some women. The girls that the gentlemen take home to meet the family are usually the women showing self respect. You can be sexy without showing it all.
So Sorry for your loss. I pray God gives you the strength endure this time in your life. I also pray that God keeps a special eye on your young man as he plays on the streets of gold. He is strong and happy now, build strength from your memories. Talk about him often, and talk to him. He's still with you. Very much in your heart.
People struggling in Freeport probably don't care who owns these hotels, they need to go to work to feed their families. I love Grand Bahamas and would love to see it thrive again. Memories which was Holiday Inn when I started coming to the Bahamas, holds so many memories for me. I met John which I truly loved, it wasn't a fling, it never went away. I was young and stupid or I would still be there. Memories of traveling with my mom. She's passed away about 20 years ago now. We were very close. She was married to a Bahamian, I don't think we ever told John that. She spent her last five years in Nassau. Anyway at this point the Island needs tourists and revenue to get back on their feet. Freeport is a great place! It's hard to believe that it's never been rebuilt since the big hurricane. I spent a afternoon talking with a bus driver in Freeport a year or so ago. He showed me around now. We reminisced about the hotels, the people, the pancake house (my favorite boiled fish), the world bizarre. The good ole days, I wish I had never left. I talk to much sometimes, but I'm hoping I will eventually find him again.
I hope it doesn't in our lifetime. I guess I don't totally understand the bitcoin, but I'm very skeptical of it. It works kind of like the stock market, from what I understand. Too much money is lost in a split second in stocks. Merry Christmas my friends! Lisa I should change my sign in, Ashley is my daughter.
Actually in thinking American's don't own most resorts here. It's foreigners and convenience stores are also foreigners. To make matters worse we would have to pay taxes on the money made if we owned it. Foreigners don't have to for the first five years, then they sell it to a relative and they don't pay taxes either. Some of our laws make no sense at all. More positive note, Merry Christmas to all! May you have a wonderful Christmas!
Is there really a problem with men raping their wives. I don't know about it. Men comment on their wives are always tired, so help her with the house and kids and that solves that. A man that loves his wife wouldn't violate her in that way. She could never forgive that.
