The DJ equipment for churches is because nobody can afford to go out and party anymore, we just go to church and pray we can afford rent and food. Also these crooked ass preachers are just like our politicians so they got to scratch each others back. They are both sweethearting/boungying and parasites that live off of other peoples money.
The PMH is no better than a roach motel. Nasty as the day is long. The government of the Bahamas does not know how to maintain anything. You think they even service government cars? Not a chance.
The government of The Bahamas could not manage to take a nanny without getting it all over themselves. Management is not something they know how to do. Now being corrupt, well we all know how good they are at that! Friends/family/and lovers, 10% correct. Oh and lets not forget the party supporters/generals/and minions, they all need a cut.
The "dividends", is he serious, VAT is an investment by the Bahamian people to pay down our debt that government has saddled us with. Until the DEBT is paid off there is no such thing as a dividend you moron. Stop trying to fool people, some of us studied when we went to school and can see right through your stinking pile of BS. What do Bahamians get for paying taxes (investing) in the Bahamas? Nothing worth writing home about. So shut up and be real, the government of The Bahamas is a corrupt organization that is akin to the Mafia in the U.S. Code of silence, check. Secret membership in the form of political donations, check. Extortion in the form of taxes, check. Boss (P.M.), captains (M.P.s), soldiers and goons (party supporters), check. Corruption, CHECK. So stop trying to foll yourself, we know who and what you are!
He is saying that business needs to tighten up in paying VAT, what a dolt, business is collecting and paying VAT because government is an abject failure at collecting taxes. If the private sector go together and said we will no longer do your job, what then fool. On another note, how much of that 110 million went towards are debt? Also speaking of the LAW, have you obeyed the law and made public your financial declaration? Has it been gazetted as the LAW stipulates? I have yet to see one single declaration in the papers, criminals!
The question is, "IS the deficit reduction a result of any government cost cutting programs or is it due to the government fleecing the Bahamian people with higher taxes?". My bet is on the government imposing higher taxes. Absolute failures at fiscal management, to say the least!
