No, I have been lucky so far and only had to use emergency, thankfully the doctors said I was good to go home. That ordeal lasted for 8 hours ( 7 am - 3 pm) from the time I got there until I walked out.
just like the property owners that have their property taken this man will have to wait until hell freezes over before they will pay him, if ever. Our government sucks!
Because government has wasted, mismanaged, and stolen all the other funds, this is the last cookie jar available. You will be lucky if in 20 years there is such a thing as NIB benefits.
Better service will happen the day you vote FNM Birdie, so do not get your hopes to high. National Health Insurance will probably be as good as the Insurance for the dorm at BAMSI.
The mans logic is so flawed it is astounding. He just see's a big old cookie jar. Never in the history of money has a wasteful and broken system been fixed by throwing more money at it. Fix the system, stop the waste, change the mindset, uphold a culture of honesty and above board morals and then money may help. When pigs fly this may happen and I may believe Dr.Gomez. Who by the way looks allot like Sleepy from the seven dwarf's.
Maybe in a country that had honest leaders, sadly that is not the case in The Bahamas. Corruption is KING and dishonesty is his queen here. That money will be wasted, mismanaged, and stolen before it is printed.
I would bet a million dollars that the P.M. has a shell company that owns shares in BPC. He would never be stupid enough to put his name to the shares but these lawyers are trained to tweek the law. Somebody knows and it may take a hundred years but one day the truth will come out just like it is starting to come out about the drug years. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline…
The political elite protect one another and are all part of one club. They do not believe what they are doing is wrong nor do they believe that their corrupt nature hurts the nation. They think they are entitled to whatever spoils they can milk out of the system. This is ingrained in their thought process. The kickbacks, payoff's for information, special consideration, insider dealing, property for permits, shares for approvals are all fair game as far as the political elite are concerned. To them it is just the normal day to day way things are done in this country. Until THEY start to feel the hurt they are putting on the rest of the nation nothing will change.
