How about an exchange training program? We send 100-200 police to the USA for training and they reciprocate. Don't worry about having foreigners temporarily policing here....our problem is bigger than that political problem.

police seek armed robbery suspects Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating two (2) men responsible for robbing a male of his gray Dodge Ram Truck L/P 38040. The incident reportedly occurred around 11:30 pm on Wednesday 13th February, 2013. According to reports the victim, on arrival to his Harmony Hill residence was approached by two (2) men one of whom was allegedly armed with a handgun. The culprits reportedly robbed the man of his truck, cash, jewelry and cellular phone and forced him into the trunk of black Honda vehicle driven by a second male. The victim was able to make his escape unharmed. Active police investigations continue.
