I am a neighbor of Goldwynn. They have been an incredible new addition to the Goodman's Bay area. They have built an incredible property and daily clean the beach not just in front of there property but also the entire public beach. Thet are cleaning both trash and dead sea grass and the Bay has not looked this great in years. I walk past the property numerous times daily as do many others and never has anyone even suggested that we were not welcome on the beach. In fact this sign shown sits just in front of there steps to the pool and not at their property line on the beach. I certainly think the sign should be changed to remove the word beach. One of the best practices of the Bahamas are that the beaches are public and I applaud that and encourage as much public usage as possible. Just posting a picture of a sign in no way represents what's is actually happening at the beach. Thanks Goldwynn for helping keep the Bahmas beautiful.
I can't see how people are outraged or even surprised by the potential for tax sales. This should have been being done for ages. Pay your taxes or lose your property.
Really not a bad guy???? Anybody that uses a gun tp try to take someone's vehicle is a very bad guy. What are role model for his EIGHT children. Give me a break, no one accepts any responsibilities. No wonder the crime is out of control.
When the government bought this property it was newly renovated and in supurb condition. The government never shoulf have bought in the first place. Mr Wynn's proposal in no way would limit public access but greatly improve the asthetics of the area. He even comments on other help he would give Goodman's bay.
This property is an eysore, there are multiple vagrants living in it and the government doesn't even pick up any of the trash left by beachgoers. You go Paul, let's move forward.
Sydney, we are so proud of you. You are such a great person to be around for both us old folks and the youngsters you inspire. The Bahamas is lucky to have you as an ambassador for your beautiful country. All of US from NLTC and OPTC will be cheering you on.
Well that is a good first step. Now how about doing something about the dumping that Bahamians do all over the island of New Providence. Sunday mornings you drive by any park or beach and see the evidence of the party from the night before. Garbage everywhere and that gets into the sea too. I know I spend hours a week cleaning it up.
develop The Bahamas “into the Singapore of the west, OK this is absurd, the only thing that Bahamas and Singapore share is the fact that they are both islands. In Singapore they have infrastructure, no corruption, almost no crime, education levels are high and government agencies that get things accomplished in hour instead of years. We can't even keep the lights on.

It is a must that trial system for gun crimes and murder are expedited. It is insane that people charged with murder are on parole.
