Well, this is how it goes. The tourist buys all souvenirs on the cruise ship, walks past all 4 of the closed stores at the Point and to the dirty , shanty beach across from the prostitutes place. When they are done, they walk back to the cruise ship. They do not spend any money , so the excitement from the minister is disingenuous. Every year it is the same thing, pothole roads, no constant electricity, no consistent internet service, water service, telephone service, people working in government and in the tourist sectors very stink , nasty and rude, bus system is poor and a breeding ground for sex from the drivers, what else? Oh, corruption in government with wannabe politicians always seeking under the table deals for themselves, family , friends and lovers, corrupt police officers immigration officers, prison officers, government officers, what else. This whole damn country is a growing pain and we have to live in it.
