the bahamas is in a bad place. Government is talking about increasing taxes, the cost of food and everything else continues to go up, now this. Can we take anymore? what is the point of living here with so much bad news on a daily bases. everything is so expensive.

C2B, I was thinking the same thing. 45 year old with 13 children, that's insane. Needless to say, we the country, have to fork out money in taxes to assist this individual with his 13 kids. I do not want kids because they come with a cost. Now, the government tells me to pay more taxes , so they can help these kids.

Well, the tourist is sjowing us better than they can tell us. The out islands are beautiful, tranquil places to get away, but new providence is.a.dump with corription and expensive hotels and food. They cant afford to come and.we.cant afford to live here, we just cant. When a water heater, that is a necessity ,cost over $400 , the country is too expensive.
