Why does the government not buy the blood and plasma from the population? They are sold in other jurisdictions. It would be a great way for people to make a buck , and we would never run out of blood and plasma.

The guy died on the construction site because of a lack of foresight. Why are 18 wheelers driving downtown during the day? Should they only be allowed to during certain hours? Why are potholes left for days while or after government workers are working on the water pipes or electricity? Huge , nasty holes are left for days and motorists have to navigate or die, if they are speeding, if the do not approach with caution. Government waits for a death before it regulates. They sure knew how to regulate the Gamblung Boys. They did that quickly.
Ok , drop vat on food and baby products and increase vat on alcohol , cigars and cigarettes. Also, increase vat on vehicles over $45,000, and even more in vehicles over $65,000.
