Should circumstances require jamesg30 to try and obtain used clothing from the Salvation Army or other depots, he would get none as the Haitian females sit like vultures at those locations and aggressively take all they can. They then resell the clothing to Bahamians and/or ship them to Haiti to be sold. As a result Bahamians who are down on their luck and needing clothing donated by Bahamians for Bahamians get little or nothing. An Immigration Officer should be stationed at all those used clothing depots.
Incompetence is the result of the average Bahamian being stupid, ignorant and arrogant. However, good and adequate nutrition is the key to maintaining good health. So, obviously, during a lockdown to prevent the spread of an illness proper nutrition is a must - improper nutrition will negatively impact the health of the detainees.
The political and economic systems we have were purposely designed and implemented to do exactly what they are now doing - control, suppress and impoverish the masses. Debate is useless; especially with spiritually dead narcissistic young persons who do not even have a little inkling of the true history and nature of this realm.
At the beginning of the lockdown we were told that the covid virus would mutate every couple of months. So assuming that the mutated virus also mutates at the same rate, and adding in the many imported variants (that have also mutated) my layman's guesstimate is that we have about 20 (twenty) different strains here in our beloved Bahamaland. So definitely more lockdowns and many different vaccine boosters are necessary. Let's unceasingly and aggressively flatten all the curves of these variants and save every grand mammy and grand pappy.
Male guards are not the problem. Government and its agencies are staffed by unintelligent, low quality, inept and morally deficient persons. We are a failed nation and unfortunately there is no cure for stupidity.
