Seems like the 'Hi-Shun dem' aint give their approval on dis one. Fred Smith needs to move fast to prevent any evictions.

@stislez - I agree with you; however, the bible is a spell book and it has our people under its spell. Anyone under its spell cannot be trusted to develop a righteous discernment and to live by that righteous discernment. Their minds are fragmented and opened to possession and evil demonic activities. The spellbound carpenterites cannot be trusted to do the right things.

Cluster f*k

cluster f*k (n.) Military term for a situation gone wrong due to multiple inept officers' involvement...

Politicians involved, BPL executives and union leaders were and are inept; their past bad decisions cannot be reversed. BPL is a losing situation that will continue to bleed us whether ran as is or privatized.

@sheeprunner12 - Your attitude is one given to you by the corrupt politicians and elites who play Bahamian citizens against each other. The industrial salary is on par with others. In fact, if BPL employees were to be replaced by foreigners, then they would get paid much more as in the case of the BPL manager of Abaco and W&S manager Eleuthera. The politicians and elites do not want the average Bahamian salary to rise but to remain low - and to eradicate what is left of good jobs for Bahamians. Be happy that some Bahamians are still getting good salaries as those jobs and skill sets are on the way to extinction (eg Batelco). Who do you think are manning the BPL Wartsilla plant?

benniesun says...

BPL is a ship hopelessly sailing in varying directions set by the ever changing whims of its ignorant and arrogant top executives, who are influenced by the whims of ignorant and arrogant politicians. It is such a pity that the entire population of the Bahamas will pay for their hubris.

@pocoloo - The signs of worldwide inflation and food shortages are everywhere. Even the UN issued a statement that we will experience famines of biblical proportions. https://globalnews.ca/news/7463318/un-f… Everything seems to to happening in very slow motion so that the changes are not noticed - similar to the slow cooking of a frog. Welcome to the beginning of the new normal.

Confucius taught morality, and did not serve the Supreme Being. I am simply stating the obvious and rudimentary knowledge from serving the Supreme Being.

benniesun says...

There is a Supreme Being, who has charged us with developing a righteous discernment and living by that righteous discernment. We will all be judged accordingly, in particular persons in positions of trust and leadership. The Supreme Being punishes evil persons in this physical life, in the Spiritual, and in their next lives (reincarnation). That alleged one prayer/confession will not get them out of their well deserved punishments.

Contacting Philip Smith of Bahamas Feeding Network for a meat package is an absolute waste of one's time. Does anyone have Patricia Minnis' cell number?

Just peruse all available worldwide info and project it to its logical conclusion. We are a Commonwealth nation under the Crown, so it is logical that what is implemented in the larger Commonwealth nations will be extended to us. Presently, we are being enticed to voluntarily take the kool-aid; so the next step is to force the kool-aid on us involuntarily. The involuntary phase will be done by foreign troops not the locals, as the foreigners will have no loyalty nor sympathy for us. This means that all persons even officials and persons of financial means will eventually be targeted and inoculated. The voluntary phase we are in is designed to inoculate the low hanging fruit.
