Already in USA & Canada social media is abuzz about not travelling to the Bahamas as crime & murder is out of control. These gangs will be the ruin of this Country!

Again, as other commenter stated, what was the cause? A/C doesn't cause carbon monoxide, so what did?

The real question-answer being avoided is "HOW"? The Resort should be closed down until cause is determined or other incidents are likely to occur!

These continuous killings are totally out of control. The Death Sentence needs to be broadly utilized in our Court System. Something has to be done to grossly reduce the incidents of cold blooded murders that are occuring.

I'm amazed that she can't see how wrong it was to say the things she did in a public forum.

Figures lie & liars figure. The main reason for increase revenue is they applied to VAT to bread basket items that everyone needs to buy. Their so called VAT reduction was actually a overall VAT increase expense for citizens because of this!

The Government would be making a grave error in not taking a strong stance & action regarding owed-past due taxes. If they doned, why should anyone pay taxes as you may have a good chance of being forgiven by Authorities.

The Government should evalate the average cost of gas over the last five years & on that average dollar value, invoke the VAT on that amount for a set period of time. Rather, than the current escaluting tax amount based on rising price of gas. The Gov't will be collecting the same amount & just not enjoy a windfall in tax revenue.

The last time we were on Grand Bahama Island, we were totally taken aback by the deplorable condition. Many of the Facebook pages in Canada talk about how rundown & totally too expensive the Country of Bahamas is. Most are recommending Mexico & Florida for vacation & avoiding Bahamas.

Unfortunately, bahamianson is speaking the cold hard truth. Bahamas is very quickly losing it's allure to tourists.
