These crises situations...just dont start overnight.....they go back for some time....sometimes some say well the last set intentionally run tings bad.......leaving plenty debts bills for the next winner of thd elections....to catch hell dealing with....an pore people VAT..increase to clean up their mess.... ..Sad thing ....most of the same people from the last go round now on the other side.....but guess who gets the brunt of the blows.........while the former big shots looking o.waiting their next go round at getting elected thinking up some clever slogan......those in the bureaucracy responsible for the demise of GB....needs to be ....held accountable...people who been getting paid salaries for the state GB was left in needs to be accountable....mudda tek sic dred.....

Renovation and refurbishment costs to transform into Post Office etc must have be calculated....with pricing...labour and materials...including contengencies BEFORE buying 2. Valuable man hours paid by pore Bahamian people taxes for salaries....March..till now...wasted now knowing figures off..?proposals..projections....other parts to be used by other govt etv... 3. Other opportunitoes to buy another suited structure may have bbeen missed 4. Time and money salaries spent used designing, areas utilization...flow..fire exits...bathrooms....lighting..car parking..???....somebody had to be responsible....!!!....comme to find out it aint happening...so all wasted...??? 5. Who could have priced it....and contingency not enough???.......UNLESS....and in some cases......as has been alleged in other cases......with acquiring repossessed buildings...under charged situalions.....may end up with unforseen cleverly hidden surprises...challenges...... 6. Something is definitely wrong if costs of repairs..refurbishment....is that much more than projected for project to be shelved.....!!!!
it appears there are outstanding......22,000......warrants.....even if there iis some mistake......say 1/10.........??? ....and if the present proposed fines are not paid.....will they then be added to the backlog......???....
Where is the Minister of Finance on this......prior to any sale there is the Agreement for Sale ......with the SELLER......having the say on the Stamp Duty in determining the final sale proceeds coming to them....nett or gross ...the seller....prior agreement would similarly be mindful of the severincing oof the workers in terms of severincing labour contract in taking payment package...some $1 M ....plus employee pemsion plams etc...inventory....chattells....contracts.....the seller always knows the nett proceeds ..they want..and the BUYER....has some say negotiatev PRIOR ...what they have the money to pay for.....Aĺ dese costs are not known after....but....before...dats the way business is done.....
@John.....until the results investigations are out...it strongly appears that the policeman is in the wrong.......the crime disease has gone in a metastatic stage.... John....if the policeofficer is in the wrong....there are a lot more things connected to this that now manifests itself in this situation...punishing the policeman alone is the simple solution but it goes deeper....which is what e should be adressing instead of everyone jumpimg all over...the place....
