Shouldnt the employerhave done presented... the request to Immigration to hire someone....prove there is no Bahamian ..qualified to be hired ????.....and then .....show that drre is a Foreogn worker available.....and then provide evidence that employee has a return travel ticket....medical insurance....valid ttavel documents...there employee is signed up and paying NIB....and has legal accomodations ????????.......when we day legal accomodations......the govt should not mean illegal shanty town !!!!!!!!!!!
