I believe the first sets in Yellow Elder cost around $18,000 plus each..Govt Guarranteed Loans Dept of Housing....largs groups managed under different banks..... .While the cost of the govt program land at 30k say 50 x 100 lot can put a 1,400 sq ft ?? home nice - 2 - 3 ? bed 2 bath...and heavily reduced building supply stamp duty can construct nice home.$........?...& lot$ ....?...Its a great value for first time home owner. Of coutse you can build even smaller and less expensive an add on later.....current problem is dat plenty govt workers done hav plenty loans....

Laws are needed to be enacted on unfair competition practices....anti trust laws (us) ....competotion laws (uk).....as they deal with cartels.....businesses ..to protect everyone... The Minister obviously means well but clearly needs better advisors as this is simply not just a labour or politocal matter. Many busonesses open not simply to fail but part of an overall strategy to make money ..mabye to cut into lucrative competitor nearby....and eliminate competition...just turn over until....all different strategies...even lose some money during slow...months to make it back later .....build clientele in area....from other shops....all sorts of strategies.............banks have being doing it opening branches...closing branches...competed but now they have perfected the systen that there is almost no difference except for the paint....
