....Tek fer instance, in the Business Section todays Tribune Monday, February 26, 2018 page10, there are six (6) public notices requesting the public to respond to the Chief Passport officer one ad,, the Minister for Nationality and Citizenship four ads, the Deputy Chief Passport Officer one ad. Now these are serious ads all relating to national security i imagine, terrorists, money launderers, terrorist financers, murderers, fugatives, persons wanted by uncle sam, interpol etcetc........but read and notice that none have a photograph of the person.....one lives in a suburb of Freeport, one just lives in marsh harbour, one lives along johnson rd in nassau, another lives on cowpen road....any d grade fool can tell dese roads miles long, and da places real big...mind you all have some po box # as though the general public knows your face from the po box #.....mind you all may be totally highly desirable and admirable citizens...but the public cannot make a good answer because das da way it is from the officials muddoes.....If you cant laugh that this National Security Request for the PUBLIC to identify these persons for decafes by these means....then you have to cry .......the govt has spent millions to stick numbers on your house and anyone knows that you need a picture id to open a bank account with 10dollars dat dont pay no interest and charge you .......medda sic dred,!!

In all fairness there are many for whom we should have national parks named after them.... pivitol in bringing freedoms enjoyed by many who are seldom ever publictly celebrated like Sir Etienne championing january, 1956 equality rights and many never mentioned or evr likely to ever be celebrated ....because they are not related to the nomenklatura or for other reasons.....Bahamians should simply have one National Park named "Our Almighty Lord and Saviour Park " and all political speakers, public speakers aspiring to serve the nation be allowed to make their speeches there.
...number houses keep on investing in building projects as can be seen ....they compete with banks and seem to be doing a better job...they are more mobile and dont have to seek permission from some sales office and credit risk approval from some banking headoffice in some other Caribbean island.....they can manouver buy properties they dont presently need....park funds in equities as they please.....and move any market they choose in which ever direction they choose...

Taxpayers have already been saddled with govt paying 100 million for an item valued only $22.5 million. These loans should have been first invrstigated to see of they followrd Banking policies and due care was done or whether any negligemce BEFORE the taxpayers money was spent. Next who authorized that 100 million be paid for any govt purchase if it was only worth 22.5 million?? How can taxpayers money be injected by govt to pay dividends to private investors or shareholders of a private banking concern where the govt supposedly have a hands off policy??...and Bahamians are on the soup line in Freeport??. and if the last 166m was the last bailout why now further.??....and Bahamians on soup line and PMH hospital needing beds.!!!
