Kudos to excellent work in lowering the cost of electricity and families windfall. Continued windfall to families will be also appreciated by the massive users of electricity in businesses, stores etc by lowering their prices of goods and services to shoppers.

The cost of the businesses having to protect in more ways costing them scarce, limited funds will pass on to the customers plus businesses adding a lil extra same time to customer. The poor gets poorer. Regressive VAT to majority poor just hurts more.

It appears that there are many separate incidents which can be debated in depth from students in schools, distances between patrons of businesses, crowds at beaches, coconut seller at roafside and so on and on.

What seems to be utmost priority is to put together a National Committee to address a number of issues for the direction of the nation for not only today, tomorrow but the future given many critical challenges facing Nation and world.

A critical number of issues seems to be that the future is changing NOT to return tp the same recent past and current times. Schools, offices, businesses were run operated by certain numbers to be operating with economics of scale and synergies to continue. Seems some will not be able to continue affecting employment etcetc

Another challenge of this nation is the Climate Change hotter weather generating more frequent and fiercer hurricanes. Another challenge is the rising seas which will impact land space on islands and the continued usage and population on most affected island and impact on shifting population to more desirable islands. There is the present ongoing Nation money revenuesintake expenditure and suitable more effecting taxation to rectify the widening gap between poor and wealthy, there must be viable means to uplift poor out of grinding poverty and more means to escallat ing costs pushing nation into the top ten most expensive country for people to survive, Nation not operating in vacuum has to look at shift in 100 million plus people worldwide from Climate Change as they too have movement to make and on and on

These challenges from world affected pandemic on most countries impact, the Climate Changes, land being challenged by rising waters, businesses based on Tourism and impact many connected areas, schooling of future leaders and skills etcetc, All of these challenges needs to be addressed by National Committee going forward working on solutions and not any political Governing party and own select political appointees and experts.
All challenges must be all taken together by widest group from all sectors on Reconstruction of Nation for its inhabitants for future and not the current operating govt focus on bandage on each problen as it occurs.Currently the lives of the children in school is impacted by more than 6 ft spacing, sanitation etc in classroom.

172 Public Schools on 27 Islands a d Cays being funded by the big part of Taxpayers funding. 172 Schools with hundreds of highly educated well versed in many versed areas being led by the Union headed by Union leader which ensured regular Govt Salaries.

The Union is a pathetic excuse for not coming up with solutions with each islands and cays solution. The Union waiting for the Govt Ministry in Nassau to receive a plan is terrible at this critical time for forward action.

The teachers and Salaried personnel on 172 Public Schools on each 27 islands and cays should be in the forefront of plans forward instead of the seems sole experience and expertise of Union of watching the mold grow on walls of Nassau Schools and then get their photos in newspapers striking.

Likely solutions needs to come from down up giving proactive ideas from 172 public Schools on 27 islands and cays instead of Union leadership waiting waiting waiting on top down initiated solutions.
