Part of the manpower needed is as the result of the high turnover and early retirement seems to be a problem in the effectiveness of any force. Problem seems to lie in the top not recognizing what is happening. Lots of manhours, training recruits, skills to fill the Force and having to repeatedly do so subtracts from money and training for Force to go even higher on a more stable core.

Seems the small man got the herculean effort to try and create someting jus bin sitting dere and govt jumps in trying to take bread outta small man mout......If truth bin told, trust me , aint gan lie but govt bin doing this to the small man since King Hatchet was a hammer.....talikd people land from Driggs Hill area....taxing small man regressive tax hurting most....complaining on VAT and next govt even adding more on small man...charges here $30 added there...kicking small people into more hardship an poverty,....eliminating middle class,....creating biggest gap between rich and poor....now Bahamas the 4-6th most expensive nation to live in the world.....so what next..????.....but latest pamplet on Govt Accomplishments include ...Repairing 112 Standpipes (standpipes is the decades ols small water pipe in small concrete base side of road where for decades poor people without plumbing can bring containers and fill up containers with tote water to use in their home most areas ova da hill where politicians grew up in decades), 45 computers, ....and a lot more...

When the govt fails to state the regulations they create to tax did not have the effective date to earn $$$$$$$$$$ revenue for the people is sheer incompetance, penalty must applied person(s) earning govt salary(ies) must be fired especially govt depart ain't new at passing Legislation since 1973 Independence is new....., not "embarassing oversight"..... And when the small tief gets caught tieffing can tuna and small bag of rice..cpsting $3.15 the govt puts him in jail imhuman conditions in Fox Hell prison.... for a year...!!!!!

US producers have top line farms, incentives, subsidies, agencies geared for best costs and returns for their farms.
Local chicken farm seems likely output for emerging hotels and existing ones doing the patronizing as good corporate citizens. Part of it would that tourists enjoying locally produced food as good marketing and tourism Tourism Ads overseas goes up by govt ...hotels Food and Beverage goes up...and govt increases taxpayers marketing bill more to advertize for more tourists to come filling up hotels.....ita a scratch yer back...

Govts are expected to say these things. .........Like comfort the citizens with their best skills, experience salaries knowledge... that citizens will be best protected.....like no more BEC electrical shortfalls,....like Haitians are not here to stay, they are going to Florida,.....like if in power they will reverse the clauses agreements then govt in power gives or sell the hotel, ..like they will arrest the persons harbouring illegals,....like they will arrest illegal employers,....like its the peoples time....like majority citizens voting no to illegal gambling,...like there is transparency in transactions with people taxpayers money an people dont even know now how much the hotel worth in the first place muchless how much hothel worth that Agreement for Sale selling it,..like Fox Hill conditions inhuman people like sardines using slop bucket,.......like Bahamas jets flying for ten years knowing safety devices needed until FAA steps in,.....like FOIA,,.....,like just add on an on.......

Grand Bahama has been suffering from a number of noticable issues various Hurricanes passing northern Bahamas flooding surges areas and really needs more than politicians getting paid by taxpayers for limited slow actions and aspiring ones talking only occasionally and expecting upset residents to their boo peep talks. People in Grand Bahama wants a better way of life all the time more action not just 2 weeks before election.

Excellent efforts Jerad Darville to build up the community. Very good repeated efforts despite past public episodes with the MP telling you to stand down on previous issue. Keep up the good works. .....one of the flooding problems needs to keep the draining system clean of dirt in the meantime.

UB northern Bahamas enlist Dutch experts persons familiar with flood situations etc to analyze options to move Campus. Iromically govt seems to want to buy Airport always plagued with flooding and handicaps to city use instead of also enlisting Dutch personnel, especially Airport and UBnorthern Campus on same side island flooding and just down the same road.
