Given that Bahamian Banking is second industry after Tourism there must be tighter controls especially with the activities with its employees.

Apart from other Banking areas, Local Banking just seem to continue dealing in house and hushed settlements arranged and in short time Bankers again go on in other financial areas.

Some thousands of loans needs to be investigated jnstead of blaming all errors on the customers. Many Bankers needs to have been banned from ever going back in the Financial Services Industry. Needs like every Bahamas stores to publish the employee picture in large advertisement and inform employee is no longer employed.

Banking needs to also have a Financial Board for customers to complain to because customers after being defrauded does not afford to engage lawyer who knowing where their bread is buttered for future rich bank business does not engage in cases. Many times customers have to deal with if any customer servive who seems to cover up problen and in any case customer service employee gets paid by same bank customer complaining to correct big problem.

Bahamians are many victims of bank errors, fraud, negligence and noone to turn to for help!!!!

Wrong time Politicians at finishing stages to get all finishing construction works done.
The finishing stage is a complex stage tying different works together to work together and in conjunction some or all parts.
There are teams which have done previous stages familiar strengths, stress, works etcetc. Not recomended to now throw out teams and have have new teams take over and finish in months deadline successfully. Politicians should know construction hotel is like surgery where yuo cannot replace team and get surgery successfull.
Finished hotel also has to coincide with marketing, guests, time of year timing etc. Right now hotel should have been underway training hundreds hotel staff etc.
Politicing and posturing at this time is like too ,many cooks spoiling the food and having a new cook in the kitchen will not be able to find the pots muchless have food finished to serve. Posturing and stressing engineers technical staff looking over shoulders causes errors in workno matter if you are Bahsmian, Chinese, Egyptian.

The politicians should have decided with fdi contract, labour at the beginning. Labour force is a deciding factor and cost to feasibility of contract whether project happens or not. And labour employment must be clearcut decided at beginning.

All this now Labour force posturing needed to be at negotiations of fdi contract. Having your working start working getting from stage to stage it is not recommended at finsl stage of tying up finishing and having to meet schedule opening to pull off teams to replace them with new teams.

Little or no avenues exist to correct any blatant wrongdoings. Political parties just seem to evolve into Syndicates looking after party and associates. Some may seen to be Socialists and other I've heard may seem to see parallels on organized organization structure syndicate.

One competition run with Jewish owner offering good prices on upper Prince Charles and outlet on lower Tonique Highway had his computers taken apart and critiqued in Parliament and later closed. During his operations one Supermarket between his outlets could not compete,,another was unable to declare dividrnds. Banking has no competition, etc laws and operate like cartel, govt run affliated consumer affairs. No Ombudsmas, audits paid for by owners of very same institutions, politically appointed members to Boards etcetc. At best public fully knows and suffers.....and on election day regardless of money/shingles donated or spent by political parties , the voters vent anger and massive swings in Parliament Seats to another political Syndicate. NOONE benefits just the syndicates and national debt and taxes rises.
