we have been floating loans since the seventies to cover our bloated civil service ,,we absorb our irresponsable sexual habits w/ goverment jobs ..HAI borrwed 1 billion in 5 years ,,the PLP have floated 650,000 in 1 year ..if 2/3 or 600 million a year of a billion dollar budget goes to our blaoted civil service every year you have to borrow ...mathmathically it is a formula that can,t continue and will put us in the same boat as our neighbors ,,on the other hand if you don,t make a " fake unsubstainable ' economy with goverment jobs our crime rate and proverty would be 5 times as high ...its simple math we our making more babies then the private sector can employ ,,therefore we will follow our neighbors leads , more poverty ,more crime ,more taxes on the declining middle class ..we have the highest per capatia in the area b/c we have more dollars to split btw/ less people ,but our irresponsable sexual habits are taking that advantage away ..simple math ,,
