Liz Cheney does not stand a chance to stop Trump. Americans want fair trade deals, secure boarders, the right to protect themselves, gun rights, less taxes and regulations. Trump wins if America has honest elections.
Cruise ships take away from land based economies. Just think how busy local hotel, restaurants, boutiques, car rentals, tours, etc would if not for cruise ships.
Bahamas already ranks as one of the least friendly places to do business. It's already almost impossible to attract foreign investment to The Bahamas. Implement an income tax on top of aan already bureaucratic nightmare and you can kiss the little business the Bahamas have goodbye!
I'm sure if you got under the hood, you would be surprised how much waste there is. A good start would be for government to get out of the hotel, airline, banking, phone and cable business.
