This is a good excuse for the PLP propagandists to bash FNMs who speak out against the foolish pie-in-the-sky BAMSI project as crafted by Perry and V Alfred Gray and BAIC. Perry was the Minister of Agriculture who ruined the original BAMSI idea (BARTAD) ....... now he wants to create a legacy in farming????????? asshole. I just sorry that our national funds are being wasted on these kinds of rojects that are inteneded to gain political brownie points rather than really national food security.
