I tired of these realtors talking up the market. Total BS. My house sold for 50% of appraised value in a middle class neighborhood. I've just sold another property at a 30+% discount to get the deal done. The only people making money are the realtors, lawyers and government - the latter has failed to recognize the need to cater to a local market instead it encourages rich ex pats to come and buy our property, increasing demand (and thus price) out of reach for citizens. I've yet to meet a realtor who has been brutally honest about the market - good times or bad realtors are always making out that the market is on fire just to get the listing. But the reality is far from their opinions about the market. A lot of people are happy to be lied to and to live in blissful ignorance but these puff pieces from BREA members just lack credibility.
Once again the people are getting hoodwinked into thinking these numbers guys are the answer. Are people that short sighted they can't see the deception. It's totally self serving, masquerading as do-gooders.
If anybody knows any retailers please point this out to them. If enough people comment maybe they'll wake up and implement a solution because rest assured this is going to be our new normal for a while.

I struggle to understand why anyone would support anything to do with this individual who, let's face it, made his money illegally. The biggest crime, however, is that the former government missed the biggest opportunity to create a national lottery and be done with these clowns.

Retailers can eliminate queues by using a queue management app
There's a bunch of them e.g. www.qless.com but just google Queue Management and there's a bunch of options
By using virtual queues we reduce risk of exposure further

Instead of complaining I'd like to offer a solution ......
There are many very easy (and inexpensive or free) to set up queue management platforms such as:
www.skiplino.com
www.qless.com/queue-management/
And many others
