Congratulations! It takes a lot for men to remain committed to God. May your ministry continue to be guided by God.

Spot on @licks2. He can't be serious!

**Mr Ingraham reiterated LPP's 42-page proposal showed that US-based donors had already raised $6.463m for the cause, while the Leon Levy Foundation - an entity with more than $500m in assets -** had committed to financing the land acquisition.

The land cost between 20-25 million and you all only **raised** 6.6463 million?!!!! If I were the seller, why should I waste time with your team? Disney I'm sure will pay the price in full and will not have to raise funds to do so. It's strictly business for the seller of that land. Once he agreed to the sale, what were you expecting the government to do?..... approve your proposal?

You really do need to "stop talking to hear yasef". You guys lost.....the land owner determined who he wanted to sell his property to. Now...... go and figure out what you all can do with the land that Disney plans to return to the government. Why don't your group create a proposal for that.

thank you @ BahamaPundit! If this One Eleuthera group wanted to develop that property, why didn't they purchase it from the owner. It's been sitting there for all those years on the market for sale. The owner entered into a sales agreement with Disney. How can the government stop the owner from selling to Disney? The government had no choice but to approve this project because it did not own the land. If this one Eleuthera group was serious, they should have matched or beat Disney's sale price and then market the proposal for their project.

LOCK the entire lot of them up! What a sad state of affairs. What really bothers me is that this is just one government entity/ Department. Imagine the theft and loss that takes place in other ones. How can we return ourselves as a country to fiscal responsibility?

The PLP former members of parliament are a joke!

"**Mr Symonette added: "You can't sit back, do nothing and then try and use the law to your advantage to get something you either knew, or were aware of, or didn't think about trying to get. You can't do that, and I think in a lot of cases people know what they are doing.**"

i approve all of mr. symonette's message!!!!

Now let's close these loop holes so that we can get get our country straight!!!!

What you all fail to understand, Lighthouse Point is private property. The owner can sell to whomever he wants, in this case Disney. What you all gonna do, stop the owner from entering into a sales agreement with a purchaser? "Yinna" betta get "ya'll" head out the sand! That sale is a done deal. Government has no other choice but to approve the project. If ,not there can be serious future investment implications!

**"That is the sales agreement it has signed with the seller, The Related Group and Meritage Hospitality, to purchase the 700-acre Lighthouse Point site. The Government is likely to be concerned that should it reject the Disney proposal it will be perceived as interfering in a private commercial transaction.**"
